Feeding Who We See Road Trip 1300 Miles in 4 Days
So we loaded up our trust GMC Terrian with about 100 of our survival supply backpacks. Each backpack contains a Hygiene kit packed and made by us, clothing usually a pair of socks, a small blanket of a shirt all three at times. Then there is an assortment of snacks, water, and some food for a day or three.
We do carry shoes and boots it all depends on what is donated to us and what we have on hand.
And we just drive and well most of the places we know about first hand or many people give is tips as to where there are individuals that need what we have. We DO NOT divulge any location that is given to us, in other words where you tell us to go and help out is between me and you.
We fully understand the privacy that is needed for many people that are living in tent cities right row so we are just here to feed and clothe people and that is it. And maybe direct them to a job opportunity or a more permanent place to go.
We try to do this at least a few times a month and more frequently in our local areas when we are not on the road for Disaster Relief or our regular function.
Well, this is us in a nutshell and we had another successful run thank you very much to our supporters that without them none of this is ever possible.
