Working Americans living in their cars.
Another night on the street feeding people, and handing out hygiene bags and clothes. Then I pull into a parking lot to look over what I had left, and some guy parked next to me asked me if I had anything to eat and I said sure then asked if he was on the street he said yes he could not afford his rent anymore. He also said the 19 to 20 other cars are in the same boat, they all have jobs but it has gotten too expensive, and need to save more money. In the past 3 years on the road, it has been getting worse and now you want to add even individuals with jobs are now living on the street in their own cars is just a whole other level. So now what? we can have passion for other countries but not our own American Citizens? I love this country and the people in it, this is why I drive around in the first place to help others that are struggling and do not even have a roof over their heads. No even the people with jobs and work hard every day have to worry about staying on the street. And we take in thousands of new people from other country and promise them jobs and a place to stay. How could you turn your back on your own people???
